Sustainable viticulture in the Langhe

Our philosophy is based on a simple yet fundamental principle: a deep respect for the raw material and for the environment that sustains us. As wine artisans, we consider the vineyard to be the beating heart of every one of our labels. We personally oversee every stage of the growing cycle, practising sustainable viticulture that is entirely free from the use of herbicides, and blending traditional knowledge with the most modern ecological practices.

This concrete commitment to biodiversity and soil health is evidenced by our SQNPI certification -- National Quality System for Integrated Production -- obtained in 2023. For us, farming under integrated production means protecting the vitality of our Langhe hills, using organic fertilisers and limiting any intervention to what is strictly necessary, to ensure healthy, balanced fruit that is the product of a living land.
